After feeling stalled in my progress with Weight Watchers, I've decided to join a private online community called the PnP tribe after listening to the Losing 100 Pounds with Phit-n-Phat podcast and doing their free challenge in September. Then joined- private member community. Online coaching re: mindset behind losing weight. - Work has been busy but it's been a great challenge. Good reminder of my strengths as a project manager. Commitment to myself on personal stuff is paying off at staying more on top of work and podcast stuff too!

Brainstorming From the Armchair Knitting in Passing I shared two quick stores from knitting in Nashville. In My Travels I'll share some more details of our Knoxville, Bristol, Nashville trip next time, but I did love meeting Amanda and shopping at Haus of Yarn in Nashville.
