Life in Focus

  • After feeling stalled in my progress with Weight Watchers, I've decided to join a private online community called the PnP tribe after listening to the Losing 100 Pounds with Phit-n-Phat podcast and doing their free challenge in September. Then joined- private member community. Online coaching re: mindset behind losing weight.
  • Work has been busy but it's been a great challenge. Good reminder of my strengths as a project manager. Commitment to myself on personal stuff is paying off at staying more on top of work and podcast stuff too!

On a Happy Note

  • Had my nieces and nephew-Riley, Garret Millie- for a sleepover. Millie is still finding first grade very tiring. 2 naps on Saturday. Altitude trampoline park. Garret brought his 2 part rainbow socks & I lengthened toes. Instagram live on Sunday with girls and Mom.  Kids picked out things they wanted me to make for Christmas. Pancakes...SO MUCH FUN!
  • Will's flag football game then to soccer.
  • Helped Dan with wood. hucking trees out of the woods onto the driveway and into trailer
  • Massage on Sunday! needed it. another round of hiit classes.
  • Long walks to the reservoir on the weekends- my happy place.
  • Planning to meet Meghan weekly help with Hattie's Christmas Stocking.
  • Receiving texts with photos Hattie needing new sweater.
